Well, I think we could call this a shortcut to the same destination.Saying that, 4 years in the Military would have been about the same timeframe as his college years and, much cheaper on his parents. He just signed up for a Masters Degree in a fire science related course that will get him a 15% bump in pay. An expensive endeavor (it’s on him this time ) but over the next 35 years, he’ll do alright with that investment. 3 Link to comment
