The elevation here would be around 10,800 feet. The temperature at search base was around 100F and up here it was around 70F. Keith Link to comment

I just KNEW somebody would notice that cheap-a$$ glass ...I almost put a disclaimer with the picture.....We took the champagne but not glasses and those were all I could borrow from the hotel......The champagne still tasted fantastic and we drank the whole thing before walking to dinner.......... The bike as an equipment rack on a dewy morning at Bryce Canyon: Me eating a banana on the shore of an ice-choked Tioga Lake, on the eastern approach to Yosemite: This was late May, and the pass had just opened up not long before we arrived. In fact, I don't think it was open when I had left Michigan. A rather large millipede, spotted on the short hike from Yosemite Valley to Vernal Falls: The bike and (ex) girlfriend, posing for a shot near Yosemite Falls: Springtime, so the meltwater was really raging, making for a spectacular display. At Bingham Canyon copper mine outside Salt Lake City, next to one of the big-ass tires they use on their monster mining trucks: Link to comment
