Kinsley Posted October 12, 2015 Author Share Posted October 12, 2015 Hi Everyone, Here are a few things you should know regarding our hotel for START. They will hold the block of rooms awaiting individual reservations and deposits until March 1, 2016. They require 1 night's lodging as deposit by way of personal check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Cancellations will need to be made 10 days prior to arrival in order for the deposit to be refundable. I may be able to get the date extended for the group rate depending on how booked up they get. If you book a room and need to cancel within the 10 days I suggest posting on this thread for someone that missed the block room dates and maybe you can work something out where you don't loose a deposit and the last minute attendee will get a good rate.
