They work much better with the one year only, classic ;) Quartz Blue RT, IMO. :)

OMG! Amazing, I'm bummed because '16 FJR1300ES has black rims and want the bright aluminum ones bad! Different strokes! You had them painted/powder coated? Quartz Blue is my favorite color of all time for RT or any bike--serious classiness.

Have never seen that color before. It really changes the sight lines of the bike. I had to look several times to make sure it was an RT.

I'am feeling Dmilan is one classy guy...

I know I'm late to this party but what Fastjoe said.

Now having said that, I have the San Marino blue and I'm very happy with exactly how it is.

Really was more intended as a swipe at Government Motors, than a swipe at the color of the bike.

If you like the San Marino Blue with 2 tone, and decals, ya like it.

Variety is the etc....

For sure, not my cup of tea... but what do I know?

Still say striping looks like something left over from a model airplane project... and still loving that shade of blue, and that considering I've never cared for the color blue on a vehicle.

We all know the best looking color and RT ever is your Titan Silver 02 :/

Just saying

Folks I did not pay him to say that...even though it's true

I owned a 2002 R1150RT in Titan Silver.

One of my favorites for sure.

I used to joke that you could hang a panel on the wall and call it art.

That was my first BMW. A harbinger of things to comes.

A wicked surger that cost me too much time and aggravation, with a bad cam chain tensioner thrown in for good measure.

Some hated the assisted brakes, I liked them.

Sold due to the continual surging and the search for the "perfect bike" haha

the gloss black powder coated wheels. They bang it home for me!

Pat

And me.

I really didn't like that colour bike at all because it looked too washed out.

Then you changed the colour of the wheels, all of a sudden the colour of the bike looks good.

Nice choice Pat.
