Eastern entrances (including the road from Beatty) into the park will remain closed for a while due to damage. With the partial reopening it looks like the only way in will be from the west at Lone Pine via CA-136 to CA-190. CA-190 will be open from there to Furnace Creek. I'm going to have to ride the bike to Palm Springs to meet the wife or maybe leave the bike at my buddy's place in Los Osos, (he and his SO are joining us in Palm Springs). Maybe a regular bar, but definitely no Dirty Donkey.
