Looks good Bernie!  Confession time or maybe just info you southern gents already know. I raved about KC’s and I have to say my ribs weren’t that good.  Maybe a few dried stragglers (from the day before ) or maybe, I just had some of the best BBQ down at Jim’s Smokin’ Que.  I’ll give KC’s one more shot in the future before completely tossing them under the bus.

Ribs are a gamble sometimes. These you could shake the bone and the meat falls off. Maybe a BBQ pit is in your future. Doesn’t look like there’s much competition in your neck of the woods. 😀
