So many questions I have, and limitations with the integration.

#1. Money. A lot of money.

#3. How does it store summer heat to be used in the winter? And how long would that heat last?

We have them here in the north for personal driveways. The people that have them love them. Until the first heating bill comes. Then not so much. Most have stopped using them after a season of much higher than normal energy bills, except for the really rich homeowners.

Even in floor heating for garages is not cheap, and settling often causes breaks in the lines. How robust is a road going to be?

Not saying it can't be done, just saying be realistic.
