WTB Park-n-Move or similar

Looking for a center stand dolly of some

sort to help make some space in the newly organized garage. Said garage is in a newly acquired house, so money is scarce and my budget for this tops at $100 either shipped to 98512 or close enough for me to ride to pick up (basically Seattle to Salem, OR area). 
 

If you have one you never

use tucked away, I could put it to good use.

Yes - that's an option (I even have one in my "cart" at HarborFreight.com) but ideally I'd to keep the weight off the wheels while it's parked.
