Mepzor Posted October 27, 2020 Share Posted October 27, 2020 Hello, I have owned my 04 1200rs for 2 months and sadly have only ridden her a couple of times. Now that I have more time I am prepping to ride more ie, oil change battery charge ect.before changing the oil I started it to warm it up. After about 3 minutes of running it started smoking pretty bad. I repeated this several times and it stopped.is this due to it not being started for a while? Or wrong oil? Last owner used a syn 0/40.
