Torrey Fall 2020, post your pics!

I know some of you have already posted a few pics in a couple of different threads, but if you have more put them here.

 

@stubble! Had the idea of riding the Burr Trail and others chimed in that they were game for that, haha, even me.  So that Saturday came and four of us were getting ready to roll, but Sebastian came up lame.  Ugh  Friggin nail.  Here we are getting ready to take off, waiting for ummm, something.

I have a few more to post from Burr Trail.  An update to the site lets you view uploaded pics in their original size, if you click on a pic.  You can then click on the arrow to 

see the next pic, and so on.

 

 

 

 

We made the obligatory stop at the big crack.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We stopped at the turnaround for cars and took a breather.  Next up is the dirt.

 

Here we are starting the switchbacks.  Woooohoooo.

If you want to bypass LV on the way to or from Mesquite, take the Northshore Rd.  The toll house was only manned going N.  A National Parks pass will get you through.

Haha!  No we (edit:  I)left Mesquite in the morning so I think it was in the 80s by the time I hit Overton and in the 90s at Henderson. Lunch in Barstow was miserable. No sitting down in air conditioning.  Grrr   I did hit the green light at Boulder hwy, thank god. What a long light if you don’t.

I live a couple hundred miles from Torrey. There's lots to see between here and there.
