Skywagon Posted May 13, 2020 Share Posted May 13, 2020 I bought a 20S EVO from RevZilla in December. It replaced an SMH 10 unit I flat wore out over about a dozen years. I had a minor part issue happen on the new 20S last weekend. I wrote SENA and asked for help. I didn't expect to hear from them right away with Covid around. They wrote back almost immediately and are sending the new part. I was quite pleasantly surprised for such a fast response and no questions asked. Good going SENA 1 Link to comment
Rinkydink Posted May 14, 2020 Share Posted May 14, 2020 I had a similar experience. One of my in helmet speakers didn’t work. I called and three days later a new pair of speakers were delivered. Customer service is a lost art. 1 Link to comment
