Volt Meter Install On R1150R

Hello Everyone

Thought I would show off my new volt meter I installed  in place of the clock

Here are pictures of the bracket and terminal install on a VDO meter

Of course the wiring has to be modified to send a switched signal so it shuts off

The clock wire could be switch in the fuse panel at the #2 fuse or you can switch it over at the the connector under the front of the Petrol tank 

I have an extra load shedding relay under the tank where the ABS unit would live so i concocted it up to it

The lower Eclip needs to be install back into its grove so the retaining bolt has something to locate it vertically

The VDO VM has a calibration hole in the side of it  in case you want to tweak it to compensate for voltage drop in the circuit
