Except for the map of Burr Trail, these photos were taken at Fish Lake and along Gooseberry Road which goes north from Fish Lake and summits at 10,506'.

Pretty quiet at 0615 here in the parking lot. Great weekend - hopefully some of us have fun riding home too. I’m going to get wet and maybe snowy, so I’ve got to wrestle this pile of gear on and get going.

We stopped for lunch at the Thunderbird which is famous for their Ho Made Pies.

Carl and I were having trouble air-dropping some pics so this lady overheard this and popped over to help us out.  She took our devices and was fiddling with them and perusing the pics that 

we took in Kodachrome.  She remarked that there sure was some big, tall rock formations, and we all chuckled at that with her blushing a bit.  She was a lovely lady and certainly full of spirit.
