cat0020
Does R1150RT have the same side cases / panniers as other R1150 models such as R1150RS? Link to comment
Tri750
The R1100/1150RT and the R1100/1150RS are the only R models that share both factory bags. The R1100S uses a different inner on the left due to the exhaust mounting , the R1100/1150GS , uses a different inner on the left all together again due to the exhaust mounting . The right bag is shared among most models including the K1200RS. Link to comment
cat0020
Thank you. I'm in search of a set of panniers for my 02 R1150RS, just wanted to know if the R1150RT panniers are direct fitment. Link to comment

RS & RT have similar exhaust can location, low on one side, does pannier have indent to compensate the exhaust muffler location? I don't remember if my R1100S had different sidecases, it was nearly 10 years ago since I had that bike. Link to comment
Tri750
The R1100S has the largest left hand bag of that era "R" bikes due to no fitment problems dealing with the exhaust . there is no cut out. The RS and RT have a call it mid-size cut out on the left inner due to the low exhaust on those models. The GS of the era, 1100 and 1150 have the smallest left hand bag due to the "off road" high (har-har) exhaust . Link to comment
