Imgnr
Hi All, My shocks are getting tired and was wondering if there are cheap alternatives to the expensive (ohlins) aftermarket shocks such as putting in ones from a different/newer bike (doesn't need to be from a BMW) from E-Bay. For example, I also have a 1995 Triumph and rear shocks form a Ninja plopped right in w/o any modifications. Any of them compatible with our bikes? Thank you! Link to comment
Lowndes
I have Wilbur shocks from Ted Porter at The Beemer Shop on my '99 R1100S and K1200RS. They aren't as cheap as you are seeking but well worth the money. Call and talk to Ted. He might have something for you. http://Beemershop.com Link to comment
Jerry Duke
If you can't afford brand new aftermarket shocks there are shops that can rebuild stock shocks. 1 Link to comment
