longjohn
Ok, a few more pics. The iMac made it thru surgery, and my data backup was successful. My ssd is now 4x bigger. Trimmer Springs Rd., still: Getting our bearings... Maxon Rd. Watts Valley Rd. The next day we left Oakhurst, with Mr. Duck and Carl in front, followed by Todd and Don, with Hakan in the rear (my mirror). Turning onto Road 211 with Hakan in my mirror again. I split off from the fellers and headed E on 180 to get to 198. It was my first time on it, and I was impressed. As you reach the summit you can see views down below. And the Salinas Valley is up ahead. Crossing the Salinas River, on the way to Nacimiento-Ferguson Rd. It was 78 degrees in Hunter Leggett, but 58 on the coast, with clouds most of the way down. Ugh. I'll try to do some Weaverville pics tomorrow. 1 Link to comment
