Known Problem with MS Internet Explorer

Microsoft IE 11 has a problem when used with the Gallery portion of this software.  There is a incompatibility when attempting to upload photos which prevents adding photos to a gallery.    The problem is not resolvable, consequently members must use a different browser if they want to use the gallery feature.

OK, is that why every time I go to a forum topic thread, it always, goes to the top of the thread, regardless of whether I've read it partially before, or replied.

So, every time it is scroll, scroll, scroll.

I think you've found the answer to that which is not IE specific,  but using IE would definitely explain difficulty uploading  to the gallery
