Great day of riding, round trip of 528 miles. Cloudy, moist and cool in the morning. Clearing and breezy on the way home.

We had a decent turn out, despite the weather forecasts.

Thank you to Terry, Ron, Chris, Steve and Ken for braving the elements.

See you all next month in Dublin, GA for the February 2019 SECFF Lunch at Deano‘s Grill. Details in the calendar section.

Here in the south, all you need is a cloud in the sky and folks hang up there helmets and seek shelter.

Does your truck have heated tires?

Haha Whip, "braving the elements" is a Southern term for "it's below 70°F with a little mist in the air".

To be fair - Terry is holding his cards close to his riding vest. Terry had several days of rain and the ground is saturated, so the famous Georgia Clay is deep and soggy. Our Hero had to take to the Back Forty to get his bike out. Now that's entertainment   DEDICATION . :classic_biggrin::16:

Yes, it was good. I was surprised that I didn't have to wear rain gear on the way down with a lite drizzle. On the return home I had rain for the last 15 miles, but the bike needed washing.
