Tri750
Several weeks ago I wrote that I found a mobile detailing service that did an amazing job on my 58k miles '99 R1100RT Oh, except with the thorough washing, the bike was flat dead. Sitting in the sun, it began to come alive after a few days to the point of starting and running normally. Finally, the new Hall sensor and belt arrived and I had the nephew install and now all is right with the world. Link to comment
geemunay
Good thing you found that in a cleaning session rather than a riding session Congrats!! Link to comment
motofiala
I am glad I saw your post because I had a similar issue. I learned a lot about my bike replacing the HES and how to check and set timing. I had replaced my belt before but this time around it was a better and easier experience. Glad you are back riding... Louisianaman
There are at least 2 rebuilders. One in N Dakota and another European based. Link to comment
