Russell "sport" seat

I have a Russell Day-long on my '04 RT and it has been terrific. All day comfort, day after day, mile after mile. My RT is long in-the-tooth however. I now also have a Moto Guzzi Norge and am considering a replacement seat. The stock reach to the ground on the Norge is very good for my short legs. I hope to not compromise that with a Day-Long.

Russell now offers a "sport" seat said to be comfy (of course) with a similar reach compared to stock. Does anyone have any thoughts about the sport seat? Any first hand experience?
