Looks Great, Congrats! :thumbsup:

Edit

The Heidenau tires may be a little alarming on the road at first, but you will get use to them.

You know, they're really not too bad. A little interesting in the turns as you can feel the blocks and a bit buzzy at higher speeds. But, I was expecting worse.

They did work like a champ when I came home yesterday across the empty lots in my subdivision and through my backyard to the driveway. :grin: Got an interesting look from my neighbor.

Congrats!

...but there is work to be done!

1. You need to purchase $4000 worth of additional gear from these folks:

Touratech (In case you think $4000 sounds like a lot of accessories, not to worry, it will be gone in no time.)

2. Install purchased gear onto bike.

3. Head out for your first adventure bike challenge: Epic Trip

:lurk:

The PO took care of about $5K worth of stuff. But, I'm waiting on my new Rallye suit before I head out to Panera Bread. ;)

'Zat one a those Tennessee RT's? :thumbsup::Yes::dance:

I looked for an RT with dual exhaust, Mickey Thompson's, and a Z71 package, but came up short.

I don't know, but I put 17 bucks in gas in it and it wasn't even close to empty.

Very nice!

I'm intrigued by the idea of a preowned GS, but I worry that they are sometimes abused . . . by things like being ridden on gravel roads. :grin:

For the price of a new one, you could get 3 of these. Surely, one of them has got to be a good one. :thumbsup:
