GordonB
Wow what a difference. Any suggestions on dampening setup? Start at the soft setting work my way up...Start at the midrange.....What to look for in the ride to determine which way to dampen (firmer or softer) I am not that aggressive of a rider....YET. Preload and Sag are not a problem. Link to comment

GordonB
Smooooooooth Riiiiiiide. Bumps in the road that would have me cringe as I approached no longer exist. The familiar set of RR Crossings are barely noticeable now. No twisties yet, been raining all day. Ride Height is at 2" though (and that's at 0 preload , Ohlins says the range should max at 1-3/4". I'm concernd Ohlins may have shipped a spring that's too heavy by accident. My weight is at the hvy end of the spring's rating, so I should in theory need a bit of preload to compensate. Do these springs need a bit of a break in before I should worry??? Link to comment
Yeeha! Stephen
Wow what a difference. Gordon, please elaborate. What are the differences you noticed between stock shocks and Ohlins? Peterh I didn't think shocks were that big of a deal. Until I put some Ohlins on. Why did I wait so long? Wow! The first words that came from me? "Hey, they must've just re-paved all the roads around here. No more bumps." Link to comment
