Whip Posted June 14, 2016 Author Share Posted June 14, 2016 The route from Salida to Red Lodge is the one I will be taking. Albq to Salida is the fastest, so it is the best. I hope you are planning to be in Salida a couple days before Red Lodge? L Link to comment

LINK If you have an extra 2-3 hours between ABQ and Salida, US64 from Tres Piedres (285 E of Taos) to US84, and Hwy 17 between Chama and Antonito are two sublime and very scenic motorcycling roads.
