The Gorf
DOH, lowbeam headlight burnt out this weekend. Are these bulbs just generic ones that I can get at a local auto-part store or do I have to buy the BMW part? Any good places to get them online? My local dealers don't have any in stock. The bulbs are generic. If you give us a hint as to which model bike you have we may even be able to tell you which type to buy. Andy Link to comment

Some people go higher but beware as the extra heat can damage the headlight. If you have a look at Ebbo'r R1100RT relay page there is details on how to get more light for free. John Diakonis
Hi, I just removed a PIAA 60/55 watt H4 Super White from my 2000 RT before I sold it. Puts out like a 110/100 bulb.Thought I could use in my S but I can't. I was very impressed with the brightness and will buy the correct one for the S..They go for about 40.00. You can have it for 25.00 shipped. John Link to comment
