StriderWalker
I just bought a '99 R1100RT—beautifully kept, low mileage, and want to commute. Living in rainy, windy Oregon, I'd rather not park it in a parking lot in the elements. Anyone have experience with a good bike cover? Or experience with bad ones? What do I look for? Link to comment
RTinNC
Get one that breathes and one that you can put on when pipes are still warm! I have always had good luck with Exigent https://www.exigentbikecovers.com/shop/ Made in the USA and they have been locally owned since 1989!! I first discovered them at Americade in 1990. But using them since then. They pack up nice and small too. If you are considering a half cover which may work well for your purpose as well the E-Z Touring covers are very nice as well. Have their half cover and it works well. http://dev.eztouring.com They too are made in the US and family owned. Hope this helps! Link to comment
powwow
+ 1 on the EZ Touring half cover. I've used mine for years, it has held up extremely well and it packs down very small in the included travel bag. Bonus...locally made in Bend, OR! Link to comment
