dcan
I rebuilt both throttle bodies, but still clicking noise, especially the right one. The shafts seemed tight. Do I need to replace the whole throttle body? 97 RT, Thanks Link to comment
OoPEZoO
Clicking when and how? Did you also replace the bushings in the throttle bodies, or just the shafts? Link to comment
dcan
I replaced bushing and shaft, when idling. Link to comment
roger 04 rt
On the 1150, the Repair Manual states that if you have a slight tension in the TB cable, you can get clicking at idle. I know the 1100 is a different configuration but maybe your right TB cable has a bit of tension in it. Note: Zero play can cause the throttle valves to rattle. Link to comment

If you reach behind the TB, you can hold the screw against the stop with you finger and hear if the clicking stops. At least on the 1150RT. Link to comment
SinNH
Dunno. Positive the clicking is in the TB? Stethoscope ( mechanics ) used? Perhaps valve rocker end play ? Link to comment
