oreana123 Posted February 23, 2006 Share Posted February 23, 2006 I just did my front brake system in about a half hour. I don't have much in the way of fairings on my R bike. The hardest part was uncovering the brake master cylinder. I did not really use that much fluid, less than one of the small bottles sold at my local dealership. Ran out of time, had to go to work, so I'll finish tonight. The mityvac was chosen because I did not like the idea of the lack of threads engaged and the questionable seat seal on the speed bleeders. Also, Harbor Freight has a mityvac on sale for under $30. Another big dollar saving technique I learned from this website. Thank You John S Link to comment
