Hello All,

Could someone help me to "fix" my ABS brake problem. On the dash lights, the right and left hand warning lights blink alternately. I think this is a code to ID the problem, but I do not know what it is telling me. Any help will be appreciated.

The most common problem is low battery voltage.

Even with a "new" battery if the battery is a bargain priced brand.

The easiness way to test this is with a digital readout voltmeter.

Simply check the voltage on the battery with the key off.

If 12.7 or lower with a full charge, it's the battery.

There are other tests you can make as well, but that's the quick and dirty.

You can reset the ABS via the first link given.

Here is a link to basic battery/charging info.

I think the K100/K1100 ABS required 11 volts from the battery when the starter button is released
