mistral Posted May 27, 2015 Share Posted May 27, 2015 I get to pull the lower windshield arms. I know they are pressed on. Has anyone done the job and have any tips? I was thinking of trying to pull them with some type of puller or taking the shaft off that holds them and driving them off. Any issues with taking that shaft off? Thanks Ron Link to comment
BriSco Posted May 27, 2015 Share Posted May 27, 2015 Mine were slightly peened over. I took a grinder and hit the ends of the shaft. The arms pulled right off by hand. The BBY replacements went right on. Be sure to replace the uppers as well. They are the ones that usually break... Link to comment
