Brake light connector

Googling "BMW 1718555-1" finds several old links to similar questions. Seems to have been produced specifically for BMW and also used for auto turn signals and GPS audio. No sign of any aftermarket suppliers.

RealOEM lists repair connectors. Image 9 looks close, but the image is small, with no indication of scale. That part number (83300402344) has also been used for many recent bikes, so your dealer may have one in stock for a visual comparison. On some older bikes it has been used for horns and heated seats - you may have similar connectors elsewhere on your bike.

Let us know what you find...

Morning hefy_jefy

You can try your local BMW motorcycle dealer but (IF) they can obtain one for you it will be a repair connector & will be very expensive.

If you can identify it by sight you can try your local BMW auto dealer. A lot of those connectors & terminal pins are used on the auto side but could have different part numbers.

You will probably need to visit your local BMW auto dealer when the parts counter is not busy so they can spend some time helping you.

It will be a lot cheaper (if) you can find it at a BMW auto dealer.
