Aux input for stock radio

Does the 2005 R1200RT with factory stereo,have aux input jacks,so you can connect the Garmin 2730?

No but there is a thread on how to install one (the radio allows for it on the back) if you do a search. The problem with putting the GPS audio into an aux channel is that you would have to be in the aux mode to hear it and then you can't hear the radio. Most folks run the GPS into an Autocom which will allow you to hear both and in fact, it wll mute the radio whenever the GPS audio speaks then bring the radio back when it is quiet.

I may be wrong, but, I believe that the 2730 has integrated XM radio and auto mutes the radio for directions.
