Any battery recalls on '14 wetheads?

A friend of mine recently had the 6K service done at a dealer on his '14 GSW. The dealer indicated that there was a service bulletin out regarding possible problematic batteries. Apparently they are occasionally leaving people stranded since they go dead and won't turn over the engine.

 

I'm not sure exactly what they did, but it involved putting the battery under load and draining it down, which took several hours. It was determined that his battery was problematic and it was replaced with a new one under warranty.

 

Does anybody know anything about this issue and if it might apply to the RTs?

But people won't find out until they go for their next service, if this is a bulletin that has just come out.

My battery on my '14 RT croaked the first day I took it home. Luckily it died in my driveway. The new one has been good so far.
