Joel Posted February 13, 2006 Share Posted February 13, 2006 My stock windshield was generating a really annoying rattle @ ~2500 rpm that I couldn't track down. Yesterday I tried the fix illustrated HERE and it solved the problem. $0.38 and 10 minutes invested, since I already had teflon tape. FWIW, I used 1/8" cross section O rings rather than 1/16". The fit is more snug than what's illustrated, but still works fine. YMMV. Link to comment
