side stand 2014 1200

can anyone tell me if the side stand platform is the same size / configuration as the GS of the same year?

 

I am trying to find a side stand enlargement plate and they are available but listed for GS. I cannot find one (except the wunderlich which I dont like) for my RT

I can't answer your question directly, but on my 2012 R1200RT I use the one from Ilium Works

I also bought the one from Illiumworks for my '14 RT. Make sure that it is for the '14 or later RT though, since it is different than the earlier model.

The bike falling over from the weight drilling a whole in the surface (sand, asphalt). I still carry a plate to support the bike on some surfaces. http://www.aerostich.com/a-to-b-utilities/for-the-bike/sidestands/aerostich-cfsp-mk-ii-deluxe.html a flatten can works too.
