tlc
I have a '14 RTW, which is now a decoration in my garage. I just got a new Schuberth C3 Pro helmet with the BMW Communicator. It replaces a Schuberth C3 with the SRC, which was very erratic in being able to get the bluetooth connection to work. The new helmet with the BMW Communicator seems to have solved that problem. The bluetooth always connects, but now there is a new problem -- I cannot get my iPhone 5S to connect to the Nav V. I can hear all of the audio system functions through the helmet, and I can hear GPS voice messages, but no phone. The phone icon on the GPS screen is either missing or greyed out, and I get a message saying 'Phone call support has been disabled. Connect Bluetooth headset or automobile mount." I have re-paired everything several times, but nothing seems to help. Can anyone help on this? Link to comment
tlc
The problem was solved by pairing the helmet with the GPS, thanks to help on the BMW Luxury Touring Forum. Link to comment
