kltk165
The warranty on my '11 RT is up in August. In an effort to get service costs down a little, I'm thinking about switching to 10k service intervals when I hit the 30,000 mile mark. At which point I would switch to a full synthetic oil and at 10k intervals perform what is currently performed at a 12k service. Annual/Semi annual fluid changes would remain the same. Thoughts? duckbubbles
I do an oil/filter change at 5k mi. and more extensive maintenance at 10K on all my vehicles. It makes keeping up with it easy- just look at the odometer. Even though I use synthetic, running 10k between changes just isn't in me yet. Frank Link to comment
kltk165
I don't wanna go down the ugly oil debate path, but, I'm confident that a high quality full synthetic oil can handle 10k pretty easy. Link to comment
