Rat Puke
I'd be interested in hearing from anyone that has removed the charcoal canister from their '13 RT. I've done the process to an '07 RT successfully, but upon inspection there appears to be some differences between the two models. Link to comment
wvpc
Probably not all that hard to do but if it were me I think I would wait until the warranty expires. Link to comment
Rat Puke
After such an underwhelming response to my query I have come to the same conclusion...wait until the warranty expires. I can only surmise that few if anyone has performed a canisterectomy on their '13 RT. Link to comment
duckbubbles
I didn't answer earlier because I don't remember exactly how I did it on my '05 ST. The electrical solenoid must remain connected to the wiring, but the hoses are disconnected and one is plugged (not the one from the top of the tank) as far as I remember. It worked fine for years. I mounted an air horn in it's place. Frank Link to comment
