baggerchris Posted December 12, 2013 Share Posted December 12, 2013 Imitation? Was BMW the first to use the opposed cylinder layout? Was BMW the first to use shaft drive? I note that both BMW and Harley now use counter balance shafts and "water" cooling. Were they the first? Noooooooooo. Seems to me that Motorcyle (and car) manufacturers have been imitating and improving their products for many years. Link to comment
