Does cat bolt to center stand?

Thanks in advance for your help-

I have a 1150RT, and removed the header for Chromex treatment (if interested google performance coatings).

 

Now that the back half of the exhaust is just hanging there, I notice that it is really held up only by a fastener closer to the muffler tip. The catalytic converter (at least on my bike, 2003) is not connected to the center stand mechanism.

 

Is this something to worry about, or fix?

The bolts that were attached on earlier models to the Cat Converter on the center stand are no longer available and considered not necessary from BMW. Don't concern yourself about the lack of support.

...until that hanger breaks like it did on my 2000 RT and a few others that I know of.
