Andre1150 Posted May 13, 2013 Share Posted May 13, 2013 I was at Motorcycle Salvage in Hayward, CA over the weekend, and they had just gotten a freshly salvaged 2005 1100 GS. They deal mostly with japanese bikes, but this one was a beauty with a blown engine. Everything else looked great on it. The Bad: threw a piston, engine was wrecked. They wanted 4K for the whole bike complete, might make a great project before they start parting it out. Link to comment

I bet I could find a complete and running 1100GS for less than $4K in less than a week.
