Lawman Posted January 2, 2006 Share Posted January 2, 2006 Just heard a horror story second hand about the only RT that was used by a solo officer who works for the Houston P.D. Seems his cam chain tensioner was bad and repairs took him away from his job 3 1/2 weeks..I've been hearing quite a bit about these problems..Is there any particular period of production that was affected? How can I tell when my 05 RT was built? Link to comment

We've seen mention of the cam chain tensioner issue on here but it didn't strike me as a 3 week job. I think the two cases we saw mentioned were same day fixes.
