Regarding the newest repROM, does anyone know what the right one is?

 

Max BMW shows this from the fiche for R1200RT 2010+:

01 01 59 7 721 684 DVD REPAIR MANUALS R MODELS K2X STREET - MULTILANGUAGE 0.20 1 $108.54

01597721684 was superseded by 01597721691.

01 01 59 7 721 691 DVD REPAIR MANUALS R MODELS K2X STREET - MULTILANGUAGE 1 NA

 

I interpret that as the 691 manual is the latest but not yet available. I want to buy the DVD, but can wait for the latest one if need be.

 

Anyone know differently?

Two weeks ago I bought BMW Motorrad Repair Manual Nr 01 59 7 721 691.

Backside reveals: 06/2012, 6th edition.

Includes all R1200R, RT, S, HP2 sport, ST en HP2 Megamoto.

That does help very much, thanks. Tells me that I want to get the 691 presuming it is not a "Euro only" edition.

 

Max was closed by the time the question occurred to me on Friday; they don't have internet order coverage on Saturday. I hope to be able to talk to them tomorrow sometime to find out when the 691 will be available.

I have the Haynes for the 04 to 09 models. I have no idea when they will have the later model out, or if they do have it out now.
