rear vibration 60 - 80 mph

2004 k1200 rs rear vibration at 60-80mph? exactly 80 mph is the worse, steady 80, yo u can feel it in your seat or with your hand on eother side luggage bracket. pulling clutch in and the vibration is gone, iuu feel it a drive line issue, tight "u" joint. any ideas, last year new tire, was perfect up to 1000 miles ago, last trip seem to get worse. any help will be most appreciated !
