johnlt
A 52 year old police officer was killed while riding his private motorcycle. A cage backed out of a driveway and he hit the cage. He died of head injuries. Reports indicate he was not wearing a helmet. My experience here in Tucson is that at least 50% of the riders do not wear helmets and they are almost all cruisers (HD and clones). Link to comment
RockBottom
I was just reading my local paper and last night a father and son on Harleys--21 and 46--were riding together at 1:30 AM, drunk, and without helmets and both were killed. Link to comment

tallman
Condolences. But nearly half of all mc deaths do not involve someone else. Rider error and alclohol are huge contributors. RIP. Link to comment
