2 planes land without clearance at Reagan National as only controller on duty reportedly falls asleep

 

I've always known that taking the "red eye" could be detrimental to my health - either not getting any sleep or falling asleep in an awkward position and waking up with a sore back or neck. But I never suspected that the air traffic controller might be doing the same.
