steve539 Posted November 1, 2005 Share Posted November 1, 2005 Has anyone adjusted the 05 RT shifter lever? It looks like you have to remove the left side foot peg bracket and then adjust. The shop CD doesn't deal with this issue ( that I can find). Link to comment

When I adjusted mine, I reached behind the panel the footpeg is attached to and popped off the turnbuckle, adjusted it, and put it back on. It took two or three tries to get it right, but was not a difficult job. I actually did this twice, first to give enough room for the toe of a new boot, and the second time to adjust for the footpeg lowering kit that I installed. Link to comment
