CHANAU Posted October 29, 2005 Share Posted October 29, 2005 helo i am french and i speak english a little.i have a R1150RT 2004.on ebay i buy an autocom kit 6 .what radio is easy to install on my motocycle ? i have the pre equipment radio.i dont buy original bmw radio.is the SONY CDX MP 70 good.how you install ipod on your motocycle? EffBee Posted October 29, 2005 Share Posted October 29, 2005 To connect your "automotive-type" (Sony) radio, AND your iPod, you will need three parts. First, you will need a splitter for the Music port so you can connect more than one music source. This is Autocom Part #65 (ML-IT). The splitter has to input ports marked "A" and "B". Connect your Sony to the B port by using Autocom Part #66 (ML-CA). Connect your iPod to the A port by using the audio cable that came with your Autocom Kit 6. Don't worry about your English.
