Steve Kolenda Posted October 9, 2010 Share Posted October 9, 2010 I was looking forward to receiving a Big Mak tank bag for my new 2011 R1200RT but no bag has arrived and unable to contact Mark. So, I wondering if there is another tank bag that is available that will fit the new RT which does not have to be removed from the bike to gas up and will not damage the paint? Jeepster Posted October 9, 2010 Share Posted October 9, 2010 Although they don't list the 2011/Rt take a look HERE. I have their "City" bag on my 2004/Rt and am very pleased with the "SW-MOTECH Gascap Mounting System" easy on/easy off. No affiliation just a happy customer. Link to comment
Paul Mihalka Posted October 9, 2010 Share Posted October 9, 2010 On my R1200GS I have the SW Motech Bags-Connection bag that attaches with a ring to the gas cap and comes of with a click. I like it very much but on a RT I probably would get the BMW bag because the mounting is so nice. Link to comment
