Rich06FJR1300 Posted October 3, 2010 Author Share Posted October 3, 2010 just got back (well, a few hours ago). Lots of bikes! bmw demo truck was there giving out demo rides. Beautiful ride up there...scenerey is great. i had some bratwurst and a beer (just one) and it was good. Stayed for a few hours, got there early around 11 am before the crowds hit. They had live bands inside and out, octoberfest was going on too so they had a live austrian band there doing their music. All mixes of bikes too, not just bmw's. We just hungout at the lodge for a few hours then headed back. Link to comment

I took some nice county roads down from Troy That I wasn't aware of before, Just fantastic colors this year! Very enjoyable. I see they are also putting up an extreme 30' high challenge course with rope bridges, and the like right behind the lodge, that with the Zip line will be really cool to do sometime!
