tallman Posted September 24, 2010 Share Posted September 24, 2010 Main issue is rear seal which can get your clutch. Doesn't happen to all of them, the when varies quite a bit too. All the ergo changes and fairing changes started in '02 I beleieve whne cruise, adjustable footpegs/bars became standard and the turn signals were integrated into the fairing rather than add ons. Flying brick is smooth, powerful, excellent trans/gear shift/brakes, IMO. If you like it, gfo for it. Personal choice for me is '02 or newer due to changes but some great color choice on earlier bikes. Link to comment
